This Privacy Policy explains how FLAYR INC. ('FLAYR', 'we', 'us') handles personal information through the FLΛYR app, https://flayr.net, and related support channels. It applies to people who use or contact the Service. For privacy requests, contact support@flayr.net; for legal notices, legal@flayr.net.

FLAYR INC. is located at 2233 Argentia Road, Suite 303, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 2X7, Canada. This policy describes categories relevant to FLAYR's intended functionality. Actual collection depends on the features you use and the app's implemented configuration. We will update this policy before enabling any materially different collection or processing.

Account and eligibility information: details you enter when registering, such as your phone number, email address (if requested), date of birth or age, display name and account identifiers.

Profile and dating information: profile details, preferences, interests, answers to prompts, gender and dating preferences if you choose to provide them, and other information you place in your profile. Some details may reveal sensitive personal information; choose what you share carefully.

Video, image and audio content: Intro Videos, Featured Prompt videos, video replies, photos and associated audio or captions, together with technical metadata needed to deliver or moderate the content.

Interactions and communications: reactions, likes, matches, messages, reports, blocks, moderation correspondence, and information you send to our support or legal addresses.

Depending on implemented features, we may receive technical and usage information such as IP address, device and operating-system details, app version, crash diagnostics, timestamps, login and verification events, feature interactions, and approximate location inferred from IP address.

If FLAYR requests access to precise device location, we will explain its purpose and obtain the permissions or consent required before collecting it. Precise GPS collection, background location tracking and location sharing must not be assumed to be active unless they are implemented and disclosed in the app.

Our website may use necessary cookies or similar technologies; any optional analytics or advertising technologies must be separately described and controlled as required by law.

We use information as needed to create and secure accounts; verify contact information; determine age eligibility; operate profiles, Discover, videos, replies, messaging and matches; personalize discovery based on information and preferences provided; deliver notifications and support; investigate abuse, enforce our rules and protect users; maintain, troubleshoot and improve performance; comply with law; and communicate important changes.

We will seek consent where required, especially for sensitive information, optional location access, marketing or materially different uses. We do not claim that any particular biometric, advertising or automated-decision technology is in use unless confirmed in the deployed Service.

Your Featured Prompt video is intended to be displayed in the Discover experience to other eligible users, and your Intro Video is intended to be available to users who visit your profile, subject to implemented visibility settings. Other profile information, reactions, messages and replies may be visible to recipients or audiences indicated by the feature.

Users may capture, screenshot, record or share content outside FLAYR contrary to our rules. We cannot fully control copies made by others. Avoid including your address, workplace schedule, financial information or other details you would not want circulated.

Our primary application database and video storage use self-managed instances hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Other providers may be used for SMS verification, network delivery, security, diagnostics, customer support or payments if applicable. We share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary for the service they perform and apply appropriate contractual and technical safeguards. The identities and processing locations of additional vendors may change as the Service develops.

We may share information with other users as part of the features you choose to use; with service providers; where required by law or valid legal process; to respond to threats, fraud or abuse; or in connection with a lawful business restructuring subject to applicable safeguards. We do not authorize third parties to use personal information for their own unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.

The specific provider names, processing locations and any advertising-related sharing must be verified and disclosed before launch. This document does not claim that FLAYR sells personal information.

Dating preferences, personal videos, voice and likeness may be sensitive. We ask users not to post more than they are comfortable sharing. A video showing a face is not necessarily the same as a biometric template; whether biometric information is processed depends on the technology used.

If FLAYR introduces face matching, biometric templates, age estimation or other automated identity analysis, we will provide the required specific disclosures, legal basis and consent choices before activation. This policy does not assert that such systems are currently deployed.

Where applicable, we rely on consent, performance of our agreement with you, compliance with legal duties, and other grounds permitted by relevant law. You may withdraw consent where permitted, though this may prevent us from providing features that depend on the information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and ask questions or complain about our practices by emailing support@flayr.net. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction; we will respond within applicable legal timelines.

We retain account information and content while an account remains active and for the purposes described in this Policy. When you delete your account using the in-app deletion feature, FLAYR deletes your profile, personal information and associated user-generated content from its active systems. Limited records may be retained only where legally required or otherwise permitted for security, fraud prevention, legal claims or compliance. Backup copies, if maintained, may be removed on a separate rotation schedule; we do not represent that every backup is erased instantly.

You can delete your FLAYR account directly within the app. Account deletion removes the account and associated information and content from the active service. You may also contact support@flayr.net with questions or privacy requests. Copies previously saved or shared by other users, or stored on external platforms, may remain outside our control.

We use or will implement administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, such as access controls, secure transmission, restricted vendor access and incident-response procedures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

FLAYR uses self-managed production database and video-storage instances on DigitalOcean infrastructure. Network geolocation information supplied for the production server identifies Toronto, Ontario, Canada; IP geolocation does not independently verify the physical location of every server, backup or processing system. Some information may be accessed or processed in other jurisdictions by service providers or authorized personnel where necessary, subject to applicable safeguards and laws.

Service messages, including verification codes, security alerts and essential notices, may be necessary to operate your account. Marketing messages, if introduced, will be sent only with consent where required and with applicable unsubscribe mechanisms.

Device push notifications depend on your device permissions. Website cookies and in-app SDKs may support essential operation, diagnostics and, if separately implemented, analytics. FLAYR must document optional tracking, consent and opt-out choices before use.

FLAYR is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to maintain accounts. If we learn an account belongs to a minor, we may disable it and handle associated information in accordance with applicable law. Report suspected underage accounts to support@flayr.net.

We will assess suspected security incidents and provide notices to affected people and regulators where required. We may update this policy as features or legal obligations change, publish a new effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required.

You may contact support@flayr.net about a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
